Are you looking for good sources to watch India movies and TV series in US. Google it once and you will find a plethora of websites with Indian movies and TV series (some of them legitimate and some not so much). Which one to choose from? Which are the reliable ones and have good print?
You should have explored Amazon Showtime, Netflix, Youtube and Google Play service by now. If you haven’t, start there. This is a list of some popular sites which offer content more than what is already present on the above three sites (YMMV):
- Sling TV: To watch live and recorded Indian TV channels, Sling TV is the best and most recommended way. They also have good list of old and recent Bollywood movies included in the packages. Their packages start from $10.
- Spuul.com: Good collection of bollywood movies with fairly recent movies. Has a lot of free content but most of the recent movies are for premium users only. Premium users have to pay $5 per month for subscription.
- Bigflix.com: Good for mostly bollywood with original print and content. You can rent some movies for $1.99 too.
- Mavshak.com: Has a good catalog of movies from all around the world (including India). Limited indian movies though. Has apps for smart TVs and android phones.
- Galatta.com: Has a good collection of Tamil and Malayalam movies.
- HeroTalkies.com: Claims to be the best source of Tamil movies. It is a subscription based offering. I haven’t tried it though.
- ErosNow.com: Offers only bollywood movies produced under the banner of Eros International.
Apart from these, you can try Youku.com (also called youtube of China) and youtube’s official channels.
Tip: Do not think about using torrents to download movies or any other content. It is illegal and internet providers will send you a notice if you try to do so.
